Hello!

Thank you for stopping by Lowell Country Designs. I have been working with colors and sewing since I was a child. I remember my very favorite Christmas presents as a child were crayons and coloring books. Oh yes and paper dolls. My dream was to become a fashion designer. I did spend years making my children's clothing but that is as far as it got. Over a dozen years ago I started working on whimsical items. I started selling my items at Christmas shows and much to my surprise my things seemed to make people smile. I can't say how much those smiles meant to me. Then four years ago we renovated an old horse barn which is the home of Lowell Country Gifts www.lowellcountrygifts.com. It is a wonderful little gift shop with Vt. made products along with my primitive folk art pieces and patterns.
